Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Workleb Lab Lynxs Recruiting Assistant (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. -
Description of Service
The Lynxs is a Slack bot designed to facilitate communication and candidate matching between hiring managers and potential candidates. The Service provides automated interaction, candidate screening, and recommendation features. -
User Eligibility
3.1 The Service is intended for use by:
Authorized employees and representatives of organizations
Hiring managers with valid credentials
Candidates participating in recruitment processes
3.2 Users must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into agreements. -
User Account and Registration
4.1 To use the Service, users must:
Provide accurate and complete information during registration
Maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials
Be responsible for all activities under their account
4.2 Worklet Lab reserves the right to:
Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
Refuse service to anyone at its discretion
Modify or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice -
Data Privacy and Consent
5.1 By using the Service, users consent to:
Collection and processing of personal and professional information
Storage of communication logs and interaction data
Automated analysis of candidate profiles and communications
5.2 We comply with applicable data protection regulations, including:
Maintaining data confidentiality
Providing mechanisms for data access and deletion
Implementing appropriate security measures -
Intellectual Property
6.1 All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Worklet Lab and are protected by intellectual property laws.
6.2 Users may not:
Reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of the Service
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Use the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes -
Limitations of Liability
7.1 The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
7.2 Worklet Lab shall not be liable for:
Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data or opportunities
Inaccuracies in candidate matching or recommendations -
User Conduct and Restrictions
Users agree not to:
Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
Upload malicious content or attempt to breach system security
Harass, discriminate, or engage in inappropriate communication
Impersonate other individuals or organizations -
Candidate Data and Consent
9.1 Hiring managers using the Service must:
Obtain necessary consent from candidates for data processing
Comply with equal employment opportunity regulations
Use candidate information only for legitimate hiring purposes
9.2 Candidates have the right to:
Request information about their data
Withdraw consent for data processing
Request deletion of their information -
Service Modifications
10.1 Worklet Lab reserves the right to:
Update, modify, or discontinue the Service
Change pricing, features, or availability
Modify these Terms of Use with reasonable notice -
Dispute Resolution
11.1 Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in San Francisco County, California, following the American Arbitration Association's Commercial Arbitration Rules.
11.2 If legal action is necessary, it shall be conducted in the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California. -
Termination
12.1 Worklet Lab may terminate or suspend access to the Service:
For violations of these Terms
Due to technical issues
At its sole discretion
12.2 Users may terminate their use of the Service at any time. -
